• Perform the set-up and clean-up of the job site by having materials ready, prepping the area, taking down staging and anything else deemed necessary.
• Direct traffic at or around the job site when necessary.
• Haul, dig and move materials.
• Lifting objects or materials weighing 60+ pounds.
• Assist other skilled trade workers (caulking, waterproofing, etc.) in their performance.
• Use hand tools and small power tools; employees must acquire their own hand tools gradually.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Prior experience in construction is preferred but not required.

Some travel is required for this position; the employee must be willing to travel to surrounding job sites. RAM will compensate a per diem for travel and overnight stay if applicable.

Some technology use may be required. If so, the employee will receive proper training on how to use software and equipment.

The Laborer will work in various environments: seasonal temperatures, high spaces, small spaces, loud and frequent noises, standing/walking up to 12 hours a day, indoor/outdoor settings, areas close to traffic.

Adhere to instructions from superintendents, project managers, and construction plans and blueprints.

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.

Follow all RAM health and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
