Next Level Technician is urgently hiring Entry Level Low Voltage Technician for a long‑term opportunity in Fort Wayne, IN. Earn $17–$24 per hour based on experience, and start building a career in the construction and low‑voltage industry.

Entry Level Low Voltage Technicians work across a variety of commercial and industrial sites, including data centers, schools, hospitals, offices, retail stores, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. Every project is different, giving you hands‑on experience and a chance to grow your skillset fast.

• Support construction activities including site cleanup, material handling, and basic installation tasks
• Work closely with supervisors and skilled trades to assist where needed
• Follow all site safety procedures and properly use PPE
• Learn and assist with low‑voltage cabling tasks (pulling cable, labeling, staging materials)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Take direction and training to develop technical skills over time

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools
• Interest in building a long‑term career in cabling or construction trades
• HVAC or Electrical experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions
