Lead Technician

Referral Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a team member to join our friendly, energetic and detail‑oriented team. The ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude and be a motivated, self‑starter, interested in learning all they can about our business. The intent is to teach this person to become a lead technician in charge of their own service vehicle. Strong customer service skills are imperative.

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Driver’s license with a clean insurable driving record and an unblemished background are required.

We offer cleaning services for carpet, hard surface flooring, upholstery and area rugs in both residential and commercial settings. Our schedule is typically Monday–Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, we try our best to schedule accordingly, however, we don’t have a set end time and work until all clients are serviced for the day. We currently service a few commercial jobs that are done after hours and on weekends, we divide those responsibilities amongst our team to be sure that everyone has downtime for rest and relaxation.

Every day is different and you’ll enjoy traveling from job to job while working in some of the finest homes in the area.

Benefits provided for full‑time employees after 6 months include paid holidays and participation in company health insurance. Paid vacation after 1 year of service and Simple IRA after 3 years.
