About the PositionWe are looking for a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Epoxy Installer Apprentice to join our growing flooring team. This is a hands-on position working alongside experienced installers on commercial and industrial flooring projects throughout the Fort Wayne area.
No prior epoxy experience is required — we are willing to train someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in construction, coatings, concrete, or skilled trades who wants long-term career growth.
What You’ll Do- Assist with installation of epoxy, urethane, and resinous flooring systems
- Help prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, patching, and cleaning
- Mix and apply coating materials under supervision
- Move materials, tools, and equipment safely on job sites
- Learn proper installation techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Travel to local job sites with crew members
- Support team leads with daily project tasks
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver’s license needed
- Construction or flooring experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work early mornings, overtime, or occasional weekends when needed
