Maintenance Technician

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our facility operates smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on production machinery, material handling equipment, and facility systems

Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime

Diagnose issues with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, bearings, conveyors, PLC-driven equipment, and automation components

Complete work orders, document repairs, and communicate status updates with supervisors

Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals

Support new equipment installs, machine changeovers, and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure safety procedures and lockout/tagout protocols are followed

You should be proficient in:
