Maintenance Technician
Location:
Fort Wayne, IN
Pay: $35.00/hr while training and increasing to $36.25/hr on nights (paid weekly)
Shift: Nights, 2-2-3 schedule (5:45pm–6:15am). Overtime may be required.
Benefits Start:

- Starting pay $35.00
- Shift Differential up to $1.25/hr

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, including conveyors and robotics
- Work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose and repair issues with PLCs, VFDs, and high‑voltage circuits
- Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
- Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and work orders
- Operate shop tools as needed (lathe, milling machine, drill press, grinder, saws, etc.)
- Follow all safety standards, including LOTO and PPE requirements
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mechanical and electrical repair knowledge
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and high‑voltage systems
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to wear required PPE
