Installation Technician Paid Training

Job Description

Safe Haven Security is seeking an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems to ensure optimal performance for our customers.

• Perform installation of security alarm systems including control panels, sensors, cameras, and other equipment.
• Engage in sales consultations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to ensure proper function.
• Conduct thorough testing of installed systems and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Educate customers on proper use and functionality of their alarm systems.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, including installation reports, service tickets, and inventory records.
• Stay updated on security technologies, industry standards, and emerging trends.

• Ability to obtain or possess basic tools required for the role.
• Proficiency in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining security alarm systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for professional customer interactions.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Weekly pay, commission earned on installs, with uncapped earning potential
