Position: Maintenance Tech $22.40 -$26.04

  • Equipment Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures using diagnostic tools, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled inspections, calibrations, and servicing (e.g., cleaning and lubricating machinery) to prevent unexpected malfunctions.
  • Mechanical Repairs: Repair or replace defective parts on overhead hoists/cranes, gearboxes, motors, company fleet, and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.
  • Electrical Diagnostics: Troubleshoot AC and DC both low‑voltage and high‑voltage, and automated controls.
  • Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to facility safety regulations, including Arc Flash, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and OSHA standards.
  • CMMS: (Computer Maintenance Management System) Track work orders, manage spare parts inventory, and document preventive maintenance in our CMMS. Generate, assign, and track pm and corrective work orders. Log equipment downtime, labor hours, and maintenance costs to maintain accurate historical data. Manage spare parts inventory.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Typically, 3-5 years of hands‑on industrial maintenance experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of hoists/cranes, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems (including 480V three-phase circuits).
  • Physical Aptitude: Ability to lift heavy loads, climb, bend, and occasionally work in confined or elevated spaces.
  • Problem Solving: Critical thinking abilities and a proactive mindset to identify the root cause of equipment failures.
  • Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with precision measuring tools, welding/fabrication, and basic hand/power tools.
Typical Education & Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Vocational training, technical certifications (e.g., in industrial mechanics or electrical technology), or a completed apprenticeship.
  • Professional Working Proficiency in English. May be required to draft complex technical documentation, collaborate with remote teams, and present project updates to English‑speaking stakeholders.
