Experienced HVAC Installer

Masters Heating & Cooling is offering a $2,500 sign‑on bonus for a skilled HVAC Install Technician to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN.

• Primarily work in the residential change‑out market, performing installation, modification, and overhaul of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories.
• Take ownership and lead a high‑performing installation team.
• Maintain a customer‑focused mindset with active listening, attention to detail, and solution‑oriented communication.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Plan, organize, analyze problems, and exercise good judgement to achieve project goals.
• Continuously learn trade skills and stay current on industry trends.
• Commit to delivering exceptional service for the company and our customers.

• 3+ years HVAC installation experience.
• EPA certification.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to maintain and/or repair HVAC systems in addition to installation.

• HVAC certification.
• Experience with Service Titan or a similar software platform.
