Assist with operation, maintenance, and repair of hotel equipment;
Change out light bulbs and perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms and facilities;
Perform preventative maintenance on appliances and equipment (ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, HVAC, pool, etc.);
Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or other trades as needed;
Follow up on alarms, determine urgency, and report findings to Front Desk
