We’re a Fort Wayne residential remodeling and electrical contractor scaling to triple revenue over the next 4 years, and we need a Field Carpenter who wants to grow with us.
- Compensation: $25 to $35 per hour, based on experience and certifications. We pay for skill and execution.

- Frame, trim, hang doors, install cabinets, and build custom millwork to architectural drawings.
- Read blueprints and shop drawings accurately. Translate the page into a finished room.
- Coordinate alongside electrical, plumbing, and HVAC so trades hand off cleanly.
- Maintain a safe site (PPE, OSHA standards, hazard reporting). Zero incidents is the standard.
- Communicate progress to the Foreman and PM. We operate on facts, not surprises.
- Maintain your tools. Treat company materials and vehicles like they’re your own.
- 2+ years residential carpentry experience preferred (framing through trim).
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Your numbers are exact.
- Able to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Physically capable: lift 90 lbs, comfortable on ladders, roofs, and in crawl spaces.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, clean driving record.
- OSHA 10 preferred or obtainable within 90 days (paid by HEI).
- Local to Northeast Indiana.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Craftsmanship:
