Next Level Technician is urgently hiring Construction Laborers for a long-term opportunity in Fort Wayne, IN. Earn $18–$22 per hour based on experience while building a career in the construction and low-voltage industry. Construction Laborers at Next Level Technician support commercial and industrial projects, including data centers, schools, hospitals, office buildings, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and other large-scale job sites. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable trade skills.

• Support daily construction activities including site cleanup, material handling, and staging materials
• Assist skilled tradespeople and supervisors with various job site tasks
• Learn and perform basic low-voltage installation support, including pulling cable, labeling, and organizing materials
• Follow all site safety procedures and properly utilize required PPE
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Use basic hand tools and assist with installation tasks as directed
• Take direction, receive training, and continue developing construction and technical skills

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools
• Interest in building a long-term career in construction or low-voltage trades
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various job site conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality
