Maintenance Electrician

Maintenance Electrician - Open Shift - $35+

We are seeking talented and motivated Maintenance Electricians for two open positions. Join our team on either the 2nd shift, Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 11 PM, or the 3rd shift, Monday to Friday from 11 PM to 7 AM. You will primarily focus on electrical tasks, with a 60% electrical and 40% mechanical workload ratio. • Perform electrical installations and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits and supply circuits.
• Work with VFDs, drives, and industrial electrical systems.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Experience with PLCS including Siemens, Omron, and Modicon.
• Conduct hydraulic and pneumatic repairs and maintenance.
• Participate in weekend rotation as an on‑call technician, with additional compensation.

• Five years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical control circuits.
• Ability to work with 3‑phase motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and blueprints.
• Capability to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs, and work in tight spaces.

• Experience with controls and PLCs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must own a multimeter and clamps; other electrical tools provided.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Wayne, IN.

The pay range for this position is $62,400.00 - $70,720.00/yr.
