Entry‑Level Data Center Technician

Fort Wayne, IN (On‑Site) – 6‑Month Contract – $20.00–$21.00 per hour (overtime available). Expected start August 17, 2026.

Launch your career in the data center industry as a technician in a large‑scale construction project.

• Pull and route low‑voltage cabling
• Install and assemble server racks
• Drill and secure rack systems
• Label and organize cabling infrastructure
• Port and terminate connections
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Support daily construction and installation activities
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Experience in related environments: construction, manufacturing, warehouse operations, electrical work, military service, or skilled trades.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical labor throughout the day.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.

• Low‑voltage or telecom experience.
• Cable pulling experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of CAT5/CAT6 cabling.
• Data center exposure.
• Electrical wiring experience.

Monday – Friday: 7 AM – 5 PM;
Saturday: 1 PM – 8 PM. Overtime is common during startup phases, typically 58–64 hours per week.

• Pay $20.00–$21.00 per hour; overtime paid at 1.5×.
