Beverage Technician

Responsibilities

• Help the team accomplish daily production, quality and safety requirements.
• Follow safety guidelines and job requirements utilized in day‑to‑day operations.
• Receive and complete work orders via e‑mail.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training and safety classes.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as required.
• Promote a positive and safe work environment for the entire team.
• Use a multimeter and other basic diagnostic tools to diagnose issues on hot beverage equipment in conjunction with service manuals to find the most cost‑effective repair.
• Complete all assigned work and associated paperwork.
• Follow in‑house ticketing and work tracking procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers at all levels and have a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customers.
• Effectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standards.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–5 years experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment is preferred but not required.
• Must possess basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone.
• Possess a valid driver's license and be insurable as a driver.
• Ability to travel to stores and occasionally out of town.
• Ability to work alone.
