In-house painter, Building Maintenance

As an In-House Painter, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality interior and exterior painting services for both residential and commercial projects. You’ll work independently or alongside a team to complete jobs on time and to our standards.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare surfaces as needed
• Apply paints, stains, and specialty coatings
• Safely operate ladders, lifts, and other equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work spaces on job sites
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations

• Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience
• Proficient with brushes, rollers, sprayers, ladders, lifts, and specialty coatings
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
• Team management experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience
