• Paint interior and exterior residential and commercial locations
• Drywall repair
• Use proper equipment for tasks; knowledge of required tools
• Examine problems quickly and develop prompt, professional solutions
• Communicate with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers
• Maintain a clean‑cut appearance, decent looking vehicle, and organized tools

• Strong will to complete tasks in a timely, professional manner
• Independent thinker with strong problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
