Critical Facilities Technician II

ABM Industries is seeking a Critical Facilities Technician II, HVAC to support essential facility operations in demanding environments. This role maintains and repairs critical HVAC and mechanical systems serving data rooms, labs, and other sensitive areas. You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on chillers, CRAC units, pumps, and related equipment, responding quickly to alarms and system issues. Working closely with engineers and site teams, you'll follow strict safety and operational procedures to ensure continuous, reliable building performance.
