Pay: $30 - $43/hour Depending on Experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM. Occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Complete residential retrofit and HVAC system replacement installations
• Install heating and cooling equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards
• Coordinate with installers, customers, and other trades to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Read installation drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure proper system installation

Qualifications:

• Valid driver s license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Minimum of 3 years of residential retrofit/changeout installation experience
• Previous experience leading installation projects preferred
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Allen County Journeyman License is a plus
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
• Professional communication and strong customer service abilities
• Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship and continuous learning
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or GED

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
