Telecom Consultant Associate – Telecom Consultant Principal

• Perform configuration, installation, and performance analysis of networks.
• Conduct site visits and produce engineering documentation with minimal supervision.
• Perform equipment troubleshooting and assist with system turnups.
• Review and validate technical drawings and documentation packages.
• Plan fiber installations and resolve moderate fiber-related issues.
• Maintain accurate project updates in tracking systems and dashboards.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, telecommunications or related field of study OR associate’s degree in field mentioned above with 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid Driver's License is Required.
• Intermediate knowledge of communications technologies and inter-networking principles.
• Competency in analytical techniques to handle assignments of moderate complexity.
• Ability to analyze and recommend enhancements to business processes.
• Strong collaboration and cross-training capabilities within and across teams.

Demonstrates expertise in network configuration, installation, and performance analysis, with a strong foundation in communications technologies and inter-networking principles. Capable of producing engineering documentation and maintaining project updates while collaborating effectively across teams.
