• - High earning potential:
  Average pay for a 2–3 man crew is $250,000–$300,000 annually, paid weekly.
• - Year-round work — we keep you busy, even during the winter months.

• - Minimum 5 years of residential window and door installation experience.
• - Excellent and verifiable carpentry skills.
• - Must have an LLC/EIN, S-Corp, C-Corp, or Partnership
• - Carry full insurance: liability, auto, and workers’ compensation.
• - Must have EPA/Lead Certification.
• - Provide your own enclosed trailer or truck, equipped to transport windows, plus a metal brake and tools.
• - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• - Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 90 lbs. unassisted.
• - Strong organizational skills, time management, and communication.
• - Positive, professional attitude when working with homeowners.
