Pearce Services is seeking a Traveling HVAC Installer Technician to install, service, and repair commercial HVAC units on cell phone towers. This travel role requires up to 90% travel for up to three weeks at a time, with candidates based in Fort Wayne or Indianapolis, IN area.
Core duties include installing system components, driving to remote sites, and performing equipment upgrades and performance checks. Must have 1+ year HVAC or construction experience and pass safety requirements.
