Who We Are Pro Resources is seeking Roofers for a local Roofing company. This Company is a growing, professional roofing company specializing in both residential and commercial roofing projects. We’re known for quality workmanship, safety-first jobsites, and treating our crews with respect. From residential reroofs to large commercial projects, we provide steady work and opportunities to advance.
$18.00 / hour
• Full-Time
• Fort Wayne, IN
- Tear-off, installation, and repair of residential and commercial roofing systems
- Residential: asphalt shingles, accessories, flashing
- Commercial: TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and related systems
- Proper installation of underlayment, flashing, vents, and edge metal
- Safe use of hand and power tools
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Follow instructions from crew leaders, foremen, and supervisors
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards
- Roofing experience preferred (residential, commercial, or both)
- Willingness to learn multiple roofing systems if experience is limited
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials
