• Shift Premium: 15% for 3rd shift

Own the preventive and diagnostic maintenance of production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-uptime operations.

• Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and facility systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Program and optimize robots and automation; work with PLCs and controls
• Execute TPM on shop equipment and contribute to continuous improvement
• Interpret manuals and blueprints to plan and perform service
• Use hand/power tools, meters, and material handling equipment effectively
• Assist with new equipment installs and machine enhancements
• Comply with OSHA and company safety procedures; perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Experience in industrial maintenance, technical field, or technical schooling
• Strength in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting; automation background a plus
• Knowledge of standard PM practices
• Skilled with tools, shop equipment, and PPE
• Metalworking capability: cutting, welding, drilling, tapping
• Working knowledge of PLCs and relay logic; hydraulics/pneumatics; electrical distribution and LOTO
• Prior air compressor maintenance experience is a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb; lift/move up to 50 lbs
