We are looking for a hands‑on technician who takes real pride in the details, treats every resident and teammate with respect, and does the job right even when no one is watching. • $20.00-$25.00 per hour
• Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
• On-Call Appreciation: $15 per day for holding the on-call phone

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Participation in the on-call rotation

• Experience with apartment turns, make ready work, maintenance, construction, or related trades
• Working knowledge of painting, drywall, carpentry, basic plumbing, and basic electrical repairs
• Appliance repair experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and keep turns moving in a high-volume community
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• A positive, team‑first attitude and a "whatever it takes" mindset
