Your Mission Take ownership of preventive and diagnostic maintenance for production machinery and facility equipment to maximize uptime and safety.

How You’ll Win the Night Install, maintain, and repair equipment across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic domains

Diagnose issues fast; interpret manuals and blueprints to execute precise fixes

Program and troubleshoot robots, controls, and PLCs; support automation improvements

Conduct TPM activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Assist with new equipment installations and upgrades

Operate hand/power tools, meters, and material handling equipment confidently

Adhere to OSHA and internal safety standards; take on other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need to Succeed High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience

Experience in industrial maintenance, a technical field, or technical schooling

Proven electrical and mechanical troubleshooting; automation exposure preferred

Preventive maintenance know-how and disciplined execution

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, shop equipment, and PPEMetalworking skills: cutting, welding, drilling, tapping

Working knowledge of PLCs and relay logic; hydraulics/pneumatics; electrical distribution and LOTOAir compressor maintenance experience is a plus Physical ability to stand/walk; bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb; lift/move 50 lbsCore Technical StrengthsPLC Troubleshooting Skills Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
