- Guide families through the process of transitioning from unhoused to self-sufficiency.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings to assess needs, develop individualized plans, and track progress.
- Provide hands‑on instruction in essential life skills.
- Ensure families have vital community resources.
- Advocate for residents' needs and help them overcome barriers.
- Collaborate with colleagues and community partners to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Serve as an ambassador for Vincent Village, promoting the organization.
- Contribute to the overall success of the program.
- A bachelor's degree in social work, education, or a related field is preferred; however, an associate's degree or equivalent case management or teaching experience is required.
- Experience working with individuals and families in unhoused and diverse population situations is preferred.
- Valid Indiana driver's license, reliable transportation, and required insurance coverage.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus.
Pay for this position starts at $48,000 annually with the potential for a $2,000 bonus upon successful completion of a 90‑day review.
Benefits- Competitive Compensation:
Salary range of $45,000 - $49,000 annually. - Comprehensive Benefits:
