Now hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor for our Detox and Residential facility in Fort Wayne, IN!

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
• Facilitate group sessions occasionally and maintain a small client caseload
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field preferred
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred3 ;
• Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role – LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
• Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles
