Life Enrichment Coordinator​/Social Services Designee

Pay: $20.32–$26.42 per hour

• Plan and lead engaging activities that promote socialization, wellness, and quality of life
• Support residents and families with transitions, emotional well‑being, and community resources
• Advocate for resident rights and person‑centered care
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to meet residents' needs
• Assist with activity calendars, documentation, and regulatory compliance

• Experience in activities, recreation, social services, human services, or senior living preferred
• Passion for working with older adults
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain Social Services Designee certification within six months (if not already certified)

• Pay: $20.32–$26.42 per hour
