Brightpoint in Fort Wayne, IN seeks an Out of School Youth (OSY) Specialist to assist youth in achieving self-sufficiency through the WIOA program. You will assess youth, develop work plans, and monitor progress with diligent follow‑up, providing direct Brightpoint services and referrals as needed.
You will conduct one‑on‑one case management, devise individualized plans, and track adherence using the WIOA data system, maintaining a strong daily activity log and client records.
