Job Summary
Participate in test automation framework development leading to quality, requirement satisfaction, and speed to market. Support testing activities for new and existing applications. Assist with design, development, and maintenance of an enterprise test automation framework; convert business requirements into technical specifications for test script authoring; adhere to coding best practices; validate test automation scope and estimates during project planning; engage in pair programming;
attend daily stand‑ups; write detailed technical and functional specification documentation; compile test results; implement test automation practices in CI/CD pipelines; monitor and supplement automated testing; complete other assigned projects.
- Proficiency in at least one software development language (Java, Python, .NET, or Ruby).
- Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
- Basic experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
- Knowledge of software QA principles and processes.
- Detail‑oriented, clear communicator, works well in a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interface with external contacts, employees, managers, and staff.

Education and ExperienceAssociate’s degree in IT or equivalent field required;
Bachelor’s degree desired. One or more years of experience in software development or testing desired. Certifications within software development or testing disciplines desired. Exposure to the insurance or financial industry desired.
