Lockheed Martin has been embedded with the USSTRATCOM Nuclear Mission for 30+ years and has a track record of bringing innovative mission software solutions to this domain. Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking engineers to support our USSTRATCOM software teams which create Planning and Command and Control (C2) capabilities as part of the Strategic Mission Planning and Execution System (SMPES) in a Dev Sec Ops environment.
In this role, you will help our team create modern Web-based, Java mission systems for the Nuclear community. The successful candidate will have experience with software systems built to exacting standards that are delivered on a Dev Sec Ops cadence using Agile Scrum.
Our team needs a full-time Dev Sec Ops / Platform Engineer. In this important role you will:
- Design Dev Sec Ops pipelines and automation supporting a team of developers
- Implement solutions with Kubernetes, Git Lab, Ansible, and Scripting languages
- Create jobs focused on packaging and deployment of USSTRATCOM mission systems
- Help deliver capabilities for the Intelligence, Nuclear Planning, and Command and Control communities

BASICQUALIFICATIONS
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science or equivalent STEM field
- Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access
- Ability to develop Git Lab, Kubernetes, Ansible solutions supporting Dev Sec Ops ecosystem
- Experience with COTS integration
- Experience developing CI / CD pipeline jobs
- CM or Packaging / Deployment experience
- Systems Integration experience
- Engineering experience with AFNWC SMPES, MPAS, NPES Systems

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
