Ruan is hiring a Class A CDL Flex driver for our dedicated LKQ customer, domicile is out of Fort Wayne, IN. Our flex drivers never have to worry about not having enough work available, because we'll send you to where extra help is needed! These drivers will travel to various customers & operations across the United States and support the locations that need extra coverage.

Earn $40 per hour straight time. $104,000 average annual. Paid Weekly.
ScheduleMonday through Friday, 2pm-Midnight. Driver will cover last minute call-offs, scheduled PTO, and open routes until a new driver is hired. Will perform road test and training of new hires. Driver will work on the dock when there is no route to be covered, or if the route requires dock work. Driver could be out for up to 5 weeks at a time.
Guaranteed 50 hours per week.
Operate different types of equipment based on the customer you are assisting. Mix of no-touch freight, driver assist, unloading, and tarping. Hazmat endorsement required before start date. Forklift experience preferred but will train. Real US Passport are required.

Minimum Requirements- Must be at least 22 years or older.
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply).
- No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years.
- Additional qualifications will apply.
- With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile .gov before being hired.
- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years.
