CDL A Drivers Earn 75K to 100K/1st Yr & Home Weekly (Full Time)

Class A drivers make deliveries to customer stores and on average $1500-$2000/WK. Drivers are home every week for 34 hours, receive full benefits after 30 days, a $2500 sign‑on bonus, and can bring a rider and a pet.

Drivers will deliver to customer stores in IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY. At each store, drivers will place boxes from the trailer onto a conveyor belt that goes into the store, where store employees handle the product. Pay is $0.82-0.85 CPM based on experience plus $245 for each trailer unload. Drivers will average 3‑4 trailers per week and run 800‑1100 MPW.

Drivers are home for 34 hours per week.

Training lasts 2‑4 days, paid $150 per day. After training, drivers can bring their pet and a rider. Full benefits, including PTO, medical, dental, 401(k), and more, start after 30 days. The $2500 sign‑on bonus is paid out over 180 days.

• Deliver freight to customer stores in IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY.

• Maintain a clean MVR and avoid CMV accidents resulting in injury or rollover in the last 5 years.
• Follow safety policies and company procedures while driving.

• Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40–trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months.
• If terminated from a previous job due to safety issues, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier.
• Relatively clean MVR with no CMV accidents that resulted in injury, jackknife, or rollover in the last 5 years.
• Physical ability to place boxes on a conveyor belt.
