• Safely transport oversize, overweight, and specialized freight throughout the United States and Canada.
• Conduct pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections to ensure equipment remains safe and compliant.
• Secure cargo using chains, binders, straps, tarps, and other approved load securement methods.
• Follow permit requirements, approved routes, escort instructions, and all applicable transportation regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs, inspection reports, and required transportation documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, escorts, and regulatory agencies.
• Represent the company professionally while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for oversize heavy haul transportation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in oversized heavy haul transportation.
• Experience with permits, escorts, route planning, and specialized transportation requirements.
• Strong safety mindset with a clean driving record and commitment to regulatory compliance.
• Availability to perform long‑haul specialized transportation assignments lasting approximately 3 to 4 weeks at a time.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt to changing operational needs.

• Hourly Rate: $30.84/hour (base rate), complemented with premium pay and per diem allowance
• Signing Bonus: $2,500

• We promote work‑life balance by alternating long‑haul assignments with week‑long breaks.
• Long‑haul assignments normally involve a work schedule of 60 to 70 work hours per week – with a minimum 10 hours guaranteed per day
