Job Overview

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A Flatbed truck drivers for regional routes in the Western region of America. The position is located in Fort Wayne, IN.

Salary and Benefits

• Weekly pay: $1,094.88 – $1,893.03 (annual: $56,933.64 – $98,437.73)
• Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.50 – $0.78 per mile
• Full‑time pay package includes accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay.
• Transition package: $1,800 with $1,000 orientation component.

• Transport goods including glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
• Operate flatbed trucks on regional routes with scheduled off weeks for rest.
• Maintain truck safety standards and complete required orientation and training.
• Meet performance expectations for mileage, attendance, and length of service to qualify for incentive pay.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum 4 months of driving experience; 1 year preferred.
• Safe driving record; no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Background check, drug test, clearinghouse result required.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice.
