JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIESYou must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with a safe‑driving record that meets company standards. You must also have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery and possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.

QUALIFICATIONS- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
COMMUNICATION SKILLSAbility to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / SKILLS- Perform basic math accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
Sudden changes in temperature in the work area and while outside.
Fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler, hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
SENSING- Talking and hearing on telephone.
- Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
- Depth perception.
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS- Standing: most tasks are performed from a standing position.
- Walking: for short distances and short durations. Surfaces include ceramic tile or brick with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48".
- Lifting: bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand‑truck.
- Carrying: large cans, pizza sauce, and trays vary in weight as described.
- Pushing: moving trays on dollies may require up to 7.5 pounds of force.
- Climbing: navigate stairs or climb a ladder as needed.
- Forward bending at the waist: necessary at the pizza assembly station and front counter.
- Crouching/squatting: occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
- Reaching: up, down and forward up to 72".
- Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination is essential; use of hands is continuous during the day.
- Machines, tools, equipment: may use pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, peel, etc.
- Deliver product by car to the customer door.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe‑driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle used for delivery.
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
- Carrying: carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing duties.
- Driving: deliver pizzas within a designated area; may make several deliveries per shift.
- Walking: travel between the store and vehicle and to customer locations.
- Climbing: navigate five or more flights of stairs may be required.
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving and couponing.
