Ruan is hiring experienced CDL A drivers to haul batteries for our dedicated nationwide customer, Clarios. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for consistent freight, predictable routes and competitive hourly pay. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at .

Earn $31.50 per hour with overtime after 40 hours, pay is based on your on duty time and drive time. You will be averaging $1,900 per week and $103,000 per year with an additional tax‑advantaged per diem at $25, paid for each qualifying layover. Drivers are paid every Friday.

Drivers depart on Sunday afternoon with multi‑stop loads, and may take 2‑3 loads per week. Drivers will see consistent weekly home time.

Drivers are assigned automatic late‑model Freightliner Sleeper cabs. This position requires driver unload at each stop using a lift gate and electric pallet jack. Hazmat is required and Ruan can help you obtain it within 60 days of hire.

• Must be at least 22 years or older
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
• With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile .gov before being hired
• 9 months of tractor‑trailer experience within the past three years
• Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
