Overview

As a Delivery Driver for Omnicare Pharmacy, you will deliver prescription orders and/or products to customers on a predetermined route and schedule in a company provided vehicle.
Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products and/or supplies to long‑term care facilities or patient homes.
- Load products and materials and manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks.
- Maintain vehicle and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations, including HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
- Follow all applicable government regulations to maintain the highest professional and ethical standards.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Geographical knowledge of the service area.
- Current, valid driver’s license in the state at the level required for the vehicle’s operation.
- Ability to drive for long periods of time and be flexible with nights and weekends.
- Customer service orientation.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver, including roles such as limo driver, taxi/bus driver, courier, or gig‑economy worker.
• Sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently during the day.
• Sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day.
• Lift up to twenty‑five (25) pounds.
• Finger dexterity to operate office equipment.
• Visual acuity to see and read fine prints (close vision, color vision, ability to adjust focus).
• Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.
• May be required to work extended hours as needed.
The typical pay range for this role is $16.00–$23.56 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
