We are looking for a motivated Carrier Sales Specialist to join our Logistics team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

As a Carrier Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring shipments move efficiently from pickup through delivery by maintaining communication with carriers, drivers, dispatchers, and customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Track assigned shipments from pickup through final delivery.
• Communicate with dispatchers, drivers, and carriers via phone, email, text, and other communication methods.
• Provide shipment updates and documentation to Account Managers.
• Monitor and update estimated arrival and departure times (ETAs).
• Conduct daily transit calls to maintain shipment visibility.
• Obtain Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and carrier invoices after delivery.
• Resolve shipment issues by working with internal teams and carrier partners.
• Provide backup support for the Night Track team as needed.
• Assist Logistics Coordinators and Supervisors with daily operations.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of logistics, transportation, customer service, or office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
