Delivery Driver & Installation Crew Member

Master Spas is a leader in spa manufacturing, known for quality, innovation, and customer experience. Our delivery team plays a key role in bringing that experience directly to our customers.

You’ll be part of a team responsible for delivering and installing spas while ensuring a great customer experience.

• Drive delivery vehicles to transport spas to customer locations
• Maintain a clean, safe driving record
• Ensure vehicles are clean, maintained, and ready for daily use

• Assist with the delivery, placement, and setup of spas and swim spas
• Work in a variety of environments, including residential and commercial locations
• Safely handle large and heavy components with your team

• Represent Master Spas professionally during deliveries
• Communicate clearly and provide a positive customer experience
• Answer basic questions and ensure customer satisfaction during setup

• Assist with cleaning and organizing warehouse and showroom areas when not on deliveries
• Support general operations as needed

We’re looking for dependable, team-oriented individuals who are comfortable working in a physical, customer-facing role.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to obtain a valid driver’s license with For Hire Endorsement
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills

• Previous delivery, installation, or labor experience
• Experience operating forklifts (or willingness to become certified)

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
• Ability to work in changing environments and conditions
• Comfort with physical, hands-on work
• Team-oriented approach

• Lifting and moving 75-100 lbs. with assistance
• Working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Standing, bending, and moving throughout the day
• Working in tight or confined spaces when needed
• Following all safety procedures and maintaining cleanliness

Full Time

Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm & a ½ hour unpaid lunch daily

(Hours may vary based on department needs, especially end times)

$17.00-$20.00 per hour
* Additional earning potential available as explained below*

• $1.00 an hour once cleared and certified to drive
• $1.00 an hour once forklift certification obtained
