Job Summary Shambaugh & Son is hiring a CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver to safely transport construction materials and equipment to jobsites throughout the region. This is a full-time hourly position with competitive pay, overtime opportunities, excellent benefits, and steady year-round work. Drivers will operate company-owned equipment, maintain DOT compliance, and support construction operations while being part of a safety-focused team. Class A CDL required;flatbed experience preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Operate company owned and leased trucks to facilitate shipping and receiving operations
- Operate trucks for the delivery, pickup and relocation of construction materials and equipment
- Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs
- Safely haul material to our jobsites
- Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you in excellent condition
- Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations
- Must operate and maintain company equipment in a safe manner at all times
- Other duties as assigned
- Class A CDL required
- One or more year(s) flatbed tractor-trailer experience
- Must be able to learn to operate all MHE used by the company
- Availability for overnights 2-3 nights average
- Clean driving record with no history of major accidents or traffic violations.
- Ability to operate and maintain commercial vehicles safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing paperwork and logs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
- Commitment to safety, both for oneself and others on the road.
- Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
