We are hiring drivers for the busiest season of the year at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Fort Wayne.
NO CDL REQUIRED – Paid Training ProvidedIn this role you will work as part of a fast‑paced team and have strong earning potential.
What You’ll Be Doing- Drive a 26‑ft automatic box truck
- Safely move, pack, and protect customer belongings
- Work closely with a team to complete moves efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service
- Complete truck inspections and paperwork
- Starting pay at $22/hour
- Opportunity to earn tips DAILY

This is NOT a “sit and drive” position. Drivers are expected to safely move furniture and perform physical labor alongside their team throughout the day.
What We’re Looking For- Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED)
- 20+ years old
- Safe driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable, energetic, and team‑oriented
- Customer service mindset
Experience in moving, warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery driving, or general labor is helpful – but not required. We hire for attitude and work ethic and provide paid training.
