Warehouse Associate - Entry Level

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand‑up forklifts (order selector/cherry picker), pallet jacks and overhead cranes to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

• 0‑3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• Prior experience using forklift, order pickers, cherry picker and other material handling equipment is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self‑starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs regularly and 90 lbs occasionally.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.

Hourly: $15.61 – $23.41. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
