The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing the team in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisors or Manager, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and food safety protocols. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and knowledge of GMP. Candidates should have relevant experience and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
AccountabilityWarehouse Supervisor / Manager
Job Responsibilities & Duties- Maintain up‑to‑date project lists with accurate information.
- Prepare all reports on time, completely and accurately.
- Apply problem‑solving principles on a daily basis.
- Lead the team in following the company’s policy for treating all Team Members fairly, courteously, and consistently, in accordance with legal requirements.
- Perform job tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including updates.
- Ensure associates comply with procedures for materials and finished goods transactions/transfers.
- Ensure all warehouse inventory is properly accounted for, accurately and timely.
- Reconcile inventory as needed.
- Monitor and maintain pallet supply levels for manufacturing and shipping.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized and in compliance with 5S, LEAN, and GMP principles.
- Communicate with operations supervisors, coordinate raw material and corrugation levels, and address material needs for evening and weekend shifts.
- Establish mechanisms and implement cost‑saving plans by resourcing and supporting Six Sigma projects.
- Maintain product/material location accuracy according to IQMS reports.
- Assist with regrind material consumption.
- Report weekly progress on projects assigned by the department manager.
- Maintain housekeeping logs and facilitate cleaning procedures, rotating assignments among department employees.
- Ensure compliance with policy enforcement for GMP, safety, dress code, breaks, and housekeeping.

Monday – Friday 11:30 pm to 8:00 am
