DSV - 5801 Adams Center Road - Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of inventory associates, ensuring daily tasks are completed accurately and on time;
Monitor and drive team performance to ensure SLA and KPI targets are consistently met;
Oversee and actively participate in picking, receiving, cycle counting, and returns processes;
Identify inventory discrepancies and resolve them accurately and in a timely manner;
Train and onboard new associates on processes, systems, and standard operating procedures
