Receiving Material Handler

At Master Spas, everything starts with the right materials arriving at the right time. As a Receiving Material Handler, you’ll play a key role in unloading incoming shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring production teams have what they need to succeed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, staying organized, and being part of a team that keeps operations running smoothly.

You’ll support daily receiving operations and help maintain accurate inventory across the facility.

• Unload incoming freight and verify shipments
• Record deliveries in the Freight Receipt Log
• Stock materials in the appropriate warehouse locations

• Pull materials based on daily production needs
• Perform cycle counts and assist with year‑end physical inventories
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation

• Operate forklifts (stand‑up and sit‑down) to move materials
• Obtain and maintain forklift certification (required)

• Keep receiving and storage areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to support workflow

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and work independently

• Forklift experience
• Experience with inventory, cycle counting, or data entry
• Warehouse or receiving experience

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Self‑motivation and initiative
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 100 lbs. with assistance
• Standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift
• Working in non‑temperature‑controlled environments
• Working around materials such as fiberglass, resin, and related products

Job Type Full Time

Mon‑Fri 6a-2p (Hours may vary based on dept. needs)

• $17.00-$19.00 per hour to start plus competitive benefits package
• $1.00 an hour once forklift certification received at Master Spas
