You will support your F&B team to deliver exceptional customer service. Your personality and passion will encourage a strong team spirit, making sure everyone has the training and skills they need to create outstanding, unique guest experiences. You’ll be hands‑on and bring your own style to the role. You’ll put the customer at the heart of every decision, at the same time finding creative ways to boost revenue.

• Operational and Management experience – in high volume food and drink roles

• Live-in Accommodation – On‑site, affordable housing with bills included may be available. Most rooms are single occupancy with an ensuite, though this isn’t guaranteed. Availability and rates (set by HMRC) can be discussed at interview.
