Addison Group is partnered with a publicly traded company with operations across the country. This organization is a market leader in their field with a consistent track record of success. Due to recent growth, the VP Controller is seeking a Manager who will manage a team of two and own technical accounting functions.

The ideal candidate for this role is a CPA with previous public accounting experience who is currently in a Manager or Senior role. This position is fully on-site in Fort Worth, TX

• Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end consolidation processes across all subsidiaries.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of intercompany eliminations and consolidation adjustments.
• Coordinate with external auditors to support the annual audit process.
• Develop and implement process improvements to streamline consolidation and reporting workflows.
• Evaluate and manage consolidation software/tools, ensuring effective usage across teams.

• 5+ years of accounting experience required
• Bachelor's degree in accounting required, Masters preferred
• CPA Required
• Public accounting experience required
• Experience in writing technical accounting memos and financial reporting
