Job Description
Vending Concepts, LLC, located in Ft Worth, TX, is seeking a full-time experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. We offer a competitive salary between $40,000 and $65,000 annually. Please provide a salary history along with your work history. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven, and highly engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile financial books and monitor funds flow
- Maintain accurate weekly balances
- Handle daily accounting tasks, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll, collections, and deposits
- Reconcile credit card and bank accounts, and close monthly accounts
- Assist with administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Quick Books and Google Docs
- Strong customer service skills, especially in collections
- Solid knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- High attention to detail and dependability
